For their successful cooperation, the green tech scale-up refurbed and Outsourcing Partner TELUS International have been recognized at the 16th Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service. In the „Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year“ category they are the only European winners.
Since August 2020 it is the business partners´ common mission to offer the best customer journey to refurbed customers. TELUS International has successfully followed the entire path of upscaling and expansion into new business models, such as refurbed PLUS or refurbed fashion. The focus is always on customer satisfaction. A team of almost 40 service professionals processes inquiries via hotlines, chat, and email, as well as taking care of back office activities- in three languages for Germany, Austria, Italy and Poland.

Refurbed is the fastest growing online marketplace for refurbished products in the entire DACH region.
