As part of the yearly CALL AND CONTACT CENTER industry summit 2019, CCC team was honoured with the CCV Quality Award in the prestigious discipline of customer satisfaction.
For the 16th time, the Call Center Association Germany e.V. awarded the Quality Award - this year in the special ambience of the 'Gym' in the city of Berlin, Friedrichshain.
Together with partner Nespresso Deutschland GmbH, CCC was able to impress the 5-member expert jury with their ability to make customers happy with the best service on the phone, via chat and e-mail. CCC prevailed against DHL Express and Stadtwerke Lübeck, which were also nominated in the same category.
Ursula Steinmetz, social pedagogue and shareholder hbkPartner, emphasized in her speech that
"it is a special partnership between the two companies. Every day, CCC and Nespresso work hand in hand and at eye level with solutions that meet the highest standards and further improve the customer experience, "
says Steinmetz. "This kind of cross-company teamwork is exemplary for the industry and a new dimension of the work on excellent customer service." she emphasized.
Daniel Steinkrüger, CCC Project Manager, accepted the award visibly enthusiastic and very proud, representing Nespresso and the entire CCCTeam in Essen, and handed it over to his team of CCC coffee specialists.

In the IT Innovation category, mobile.de was honoured and Lufthansa InTouch was honoured for employee orientation. In addition, the CCV e.V. surprised the audience with a unique additional category - the "HeadsetHelden campaign" by ProCom Bestmann, received a special award for their dedicated work relating to the image of the industry.
