At this year's CCC Business Breakfast, held on 24.01.2019 in Paris, Nicholas Dumayne presented interesting insights into the customer service strategy of the Shiseido brand, where "Beauty Consultants" place a great deal of focus on social media as a contact channel.
Following the presentation, there was a lively exchange between the invited guests which included Best Practice Sharing.
