CCC with new strategic partner - TELUS International

European private equity firm Ardian sells Competence Call Center, one of Europe's leading business process outsourcing providers, to TELUS International.

Jeff Puritt, President and CEO of TELUS International, believes that

In addition, according to Jeff Puritt,

By connecting with CCC we will be able to offer all partners, customer experience, digital transformation, content moderation, digital consulting, risk management, back office support in over 50 languages, from more than 50 locations, in 20 countries of North and Central America, Europe and Asia. This is a huge step."

In 2017, Ardian invested for the second time in the CCC Group, which has been able to increase the number of its employees to 8,500 since the re-investment, established four new locations and opened up three additional European markets. In addition, CCC has expanded its range of services in recent years and today provides complex services, with excellent quality.
