At the “International Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service” in Las Vegas, the partnership with Raiffeisen Bank received one of the coveted trophies in the “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year” category.
At the end of September at the third edition of the Relation Client CX Awards, the partners Samsung Electronics France and CCC - powered by TELUS International were honored in the MEILLEURE STRATÉGIE SAV category (“Best Customer Service Strategy”).
Together with Tchibo, CCC - powered by TELUS International received two awards: at the International Business Stevie® Awards in the “Customer Service Team of the Year” category and at the Global Top Ranking Performers Awards from ContactCenterWorld.com. At the online event of the Global Top Ranking Performers Awards, the team for partner Zalando Lounge was also delighted to receive an award in the “Best Outsourcing Partnership” category.
Both winners qualify for the World Finals in February 2021 and compete against the best contact centers and customer service professionals globally.
The latest edition of the pop-up events for Service Champions took place at the end of June 2020 at Westhive Zurich. Customer care and customer experience experts met to share and discuss exciting ideas and innovative concepts for customer service in the future. The entire event was accompanied digitally and enabled international guests to participate online.
After this eventful and challenging year, we as CCC - powered by TELUS International are looking positively into the future in 2021.

The next edition of the pop-up event is planned for April 2021 in Vienna. Service champions from the entire DACH region meet both live and virtually to exchange ideas.
From June 29th to July 1st the CCW 2021 - the 23rd International Congress Fair for Innovative Customer Dialogue - will take place in Berlin. You will meet CCC - powered by TELUS International at the largest trade fair in the German-speaking region at booth 1A16 between Hall 1 and Hall 3 as well as in the exclusive CCC Lounge 1A18 in the Hotel Estrel in Berlin.
