The CCC year 2019 - expansion, growth, awards and other exciting news

After opening offices in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Aachen, Germany, in November 2018, for CCC the beginning of 2019 was marked by the establishment of these new locations. We have established new partnerships and employees and thus laid the basis for our success in the new CCC cities.

The first event of 2019 for the customer care industry and CCC was the 21st Call Center Word in Berlin. From February 19 to 21, Europe's largest international congress for innovative customer dialogue took place in the Estrel Congress & Messe Center, with more than 8,000 visitors from 46 countries participating.

On June 13, CCC invited guests to the 22nd CCC Convention in the Umweltforum Berlin. Leading customer care experts in Europe experienced international economic trends. As a highlight of the event, Ann-Marie Stagg, Chief Executive of the Call Center Management Association, was awarded the CCC Special Award for her outstanding performance and her commitment to the customer care industry. Following the event, more than 100 business partners, customers and friends celebrated the company's 21 year success story. CCC was founded on July 1st, 1998 in Vienna. The CCC Group currently has 8,500 employees in 11 European countries.

In July 2019, CCC was awarded the NRW.INVEST AWARD by the state's Ministry of Economic Affairs. The award was presented for outstanding investments and a clear commitment to the location. CCC has employed more than 2,500 people in North Rhine-Westphalia since 2013.

Christian Legat, CEO CCC, received the NRW.INVEST AWARD from NRW's Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart and Petra Wassner, Managing Directors of NRW.INVEST GmbH. The laudation was given by Jutta Kruft-Lohrengel, President of the IHK Essen.

The following months of the year were marked by the expansion of our locations in Aachen and Istanbul. Founded in November 2008, CCC Istanbul moved into a new on August 1st, 2019. The exciting office is located in a newly built complex with all modern amenities along with a much larger working area, this step enables local and international partners to continue growing in Turkey.

CCC Aachen doubled its operating space just one year after its foundation and revitalized further floors  providing an environment for excellent customer service and staff wellbeing.On November 14th, CCC was honoured with the CCV Quality Award in the leading discipline of customer satisfaction. Together with Nespresso Deutschland GmbH, the team at CCC Essen was able to demonstrate to the 5-person jury to how to make customers happy with the best service on the phone, via chat and email. CCC succeeded against DHL Express and Stadtwerke Lübeck, which were also nominated in the same category.

Ursula Steinmetz, Honorary President of the CCV, emphasized in her laudation "That it is a special partnership between the two companies. Every day, CCC and Nespresso work hand in hand and at eye level to find solutions that meet the highest demands and further improve customer experience. This type of cross-company teamwork is exemplary for the industry and a new dimension of working on excellent customer service", says Steinmetz.

In addition, CCC remains one of the most successful brands in Austria. On the evening of November 28, 2019, Maria Hoffrichter-Zanetti accepted the established and well-known Superbrands Austria award.

This year CCC will be again be represented at the CCW you will find CCC at booth 1A16 between hall 1 and hall 3. From March 2 to 5, the industry will meet in Berlin - four days of congress, three days of trade fair, 40 top-class speakers, innovations, newcomers, digital minds and decision-makers from the customer care industry await you. This years´ motto: Empower your service!

For 2020, we follow our path of sustained growth across the European BPO industry. We will further convince international partners of our services.
