At the third edition of the Relation Client CX Awards end of September, the partners Samsung Electronics France (SEF) and CCC - powered by TELUS International have been awarded in the category MEILLEURE STRATÉGIE SAV (“Best Customer Service Strategy”). The partnership between CCC Paris and Samsung, the world's leading electronics company, has existed since 2014.
A front and back office team of more than 20 people takes care of the mainly written inquiries from Samsung resellers and service partners.
