Tchibo and CCC awarded at the International Business Stevie® Awards in the category “Customer Service Team of the Year”

Since October 2018 CCC - powered by TELUS International has been supporting its partner Tchibo at the then newly established location in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Due to the excellent quality of the services, the team quickly grew to currently around 100 employees. Open communication and close exchange, tailor-made solutions, as well as the development and motivation of employees are the success factors in the project.
