Since October 2018 CCC - powered by TELUS International has been supporting its partner Tchibo at the then newly founded location in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Due to the excellent quality of the services, the team quickly grew to currently around 100 employees. Open communication and close exchange, tailor-made solutions, as well as the development and motivation of employees are the success factors in the project. The project had also been recognized at the International Business Stevie® Awards 2020.
