TELUS International is expanding with a new location in Banja Luka

CCC becomes TELUS International.

With a new name and logo - with the usual high-touch customer experience quality standards - the company is now taking its next step in expansion.

By the end of April 2021, a team of initially around 100 employees will be built at the location in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe.


“We have been operating successfully in the Capital Sarajevo since October 2018 and we are pleased to now expand our presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a new location in Banja Luka. As a first step, our new team will be working on an international project in the telecommunications industry and we plan to double its size by the end of the year. We are currently looking for committed, German-speaking employees who would like to actively support and help shape our growth,”

Located in the northwest of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Banja Luka is the second largest city in the country with around 185,000 inhabitants. The region has developed into one of the economical hubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina in recent years. Located on both banks of the Vrbas, Banja Luka is also called the “Green City” because of its well-known avenues and large number of trees.
